THE GOOD EARTHAt the beginining of the story Wang was going to get married to this slave. He was Taking care of the old man and had to even get him ready for the wedding. They got married and now she takes care of the old man for him. They had severel of kids and then there were this drought that came by and made them move away to make a living. Wang had to sell a daughter and then they was able to go back to there home. there he bought lots of land pand had bunch of money and everybody knew about it. At the end Wang wife died and he offered to give everything up to buy medicine to help her but she refused. |
